I have come to win not test this election; this is the beginning of my journey

4O million people around the world are confirmed to be living with HIV. And 22.4 million are in Sub Saharan Africa.

 Yesterday but one Ugandajoined the rest of the world in commemoration of the world AIDS day;

A relatively small percentage of our people can access ARVs yet over 1 million are living with HIV in our country.

Statistics continues to say that over 1 million have succumbed to HIV/AIDS living over 1.2 million children orphans!

This implies that our efforts in fighting the disease require acceleration, we still have a big tusk in reducing the level at which HIV is spreading.
